Ms. Shradha has been working in the field of education for the past 10 years. She has been working as a primary facilitator and as a coordinator in one of the top schools in Pune. She is a TESOL-certified teacher who loves to use different methods and skills to facilitate learning in a fun way. Ms. Shradha is well versed with the CBSE and NIOS curriculum and has worked on providing a safe learning environment that fosters the growth of students both academically and emotionally. She is adept in creative teaching methodologies which makes her classrooms engaging and fun.
Ashalakshmi Ajith
Head of Compartment – Gr 2 to 4
Ms. Ashalakshmi is a cheerful and committed teacher who has eight years’ experience with an international school. She holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce as well as NTTC and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Education from IGNOU. She has an Advanced Diploma in Carnatic Music (vocal) and is very passionate about music, dance, and yoga. Her experience with the international school has helped her develop the ability to thoroughly observe children identify their individual needs and thus provide hands-on activities for their progression and development. She is well versed in 21st-century learning skills and make use of them to maximize students’ participation in learning. Ms. Ashalakshmi actively participates in and encourages children to participate in extracurricular activities such as craft, dance, singing, drama, etc.
Sindhu Varghese
Academic Coordinator - Middle School English Facilitator
Ms. Sindhu Varghese holds a graduate degree in Functional English and a Master of Arts degree in English Language and Literature. She has also acquired TESOL Certification from London Teacher Training College. She began her career as a teacher in 2003. Ms. Sindhu was previously employed in various schools in Maldives, Saudi Arabia, Oman and Kerala as an English Facilitator as wellas a teacher trainer. She has also received training from Dhofar University, Sultanate of Oman. Ms. Sindhu is a passionate teacher who concentrates on skill-based teaching-learning process, and focusses on assisting students to increase their English proficiency. She has been working with Eminence Private School in the position of Academic Coordinator for two years.

Ms. Brintha is a dedicated English Facilitator with over 13 years of experience. With a Master’s degree in English and a B.Ed. from Bharathiar University, Ms. Brintha specializes in teaching English Language and Literature across CBSE, IB, and IGCSE curricula. An advocate for modern teaching methodologies, Ms. Brintha is skilled in assessment techniques and adept at catering to diverse learning styles, ensuring an inclusive classroom environment. Having taught students from various cultural backgrounds, Ms. Brintha is passionate about nurturing critical thinking and creativity in learners. As a leader in the senior compartment, Ms. Brintha is committed to fostering academic excellence and continuously seeks professional development opportunities to inspire both students and fellow educators.
